Within easy walking distance is also the village green and scenic open forest just beyond. It is 12 miles to the nearest train station (Salisbury) and Southampton, where the closest airport is located is just 20 miles away. Popular activities to do in the area include forest walks, specimen Coarse Fishing, bird watching, hot air ballooning, horse riding, sight-seeing, golf and a range of other entertaining things.
The property consists of 4 double bedrooms (2 with an en suite bathroom), 2 twin bedrooms, 2 further bathrooms, a kitchen (with an electric double oven, hob, deep butler style sink, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/Dryer Machine and a microwave), dining room with seating for 12, lounge with a wood burner and 40' Sky TV plus a conservatory and separate games room and garage. Outside there is a secluded private garden with outdoor seating, patio and BBQ area.
Dogs welcome for a small fee of £25 each. Parking for up to 5 cars. Travel cot, 2 high chairs and stairgates available on request.
