This interesting maisonnette has put the beautiful little town of Eenrum, with its windmill, on the world map. Eenrum contains three cafes, a candle maker and even a mustard museum, but it is mainly known for this tiny hotel set in a former grocery shop. It was converted into an art deco style one-room-hotel by the founder and two artists. It was opened ceremoniously in 1989 and immediately got 2 listings in the Guinness Book of Records.
