Each of the 4 yurts are set privately, with individual picnic bench and space for barbequing. They sleep from 2 to a maximum of 5 guests. There is a communal space for socialising with friends and family, with a fire pit and seating area under canvas. It is a perfect place to relax and with plenty of space for children to run around safely, with hammocks to discover, dotted about in the woods and willow crafted structures to explore. There is also a romantic yurt with a private fire pit, set in a secluded location, perfect for couples or as a cosy accommodation for up to 3.
The Yurts are furnished to create comfortable and relaxing space with beds and futons, sheepskins, rugs, lanterns. Each accommodation has wood burning stoves and well-equipped cooking space with camping gas stove, kettle, cooking and eating utensils and barbeque for outdoor use, plus there is a communal eating area with fire-pit.
Wash facilities are close by and have baby changing facilities and electric sockets. The site is a car-free zone but a wheelbarrow is provided to help you transport your things from the car park.
As the site is near the coast there are lots of sandy beaches to explore and also many delightful footpaths. There are several Nature Reserves and Sites of Special Scientific Interest and many ancient monuments, including stones, burial chambers and settlements. Snowdonia National Park is nearby.
There is a 2-night minimum stay with prices starting at £70 a night for a 2-3 person yurt and £100 per night for a yurt that sleeps up to 5 mid-week. Or £160 for a 2-3 person yurt and £240 for a 5 person yurt for a 2 night weekend. There are no low and high season prices and rates stay the same throughout the season.
