Experience New Town life with this quaint property, entering through your own main door into a warm open-plan living area, complete with Smart TV (Nintendo Wii U & games), designer sofa bed, cushions, breakfast bar and window seat. The sofa bed can be used for 2 additional guests or children which makes this the perfect family luxury getaway.

The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and kettle. All cookware, crockery and cooking utensils are provided. The Bothy's newly fitted bathroom consists of contemporary toilet, wash-hand basin and luxury walk in shower. You will also receive hotel quality toiletries.

The bedroom is the Boutique Bothy's secret hideaway. Cosy and comfortable, it offers a double bed with hotel quality linen, chest of drawers, wall-mounted Smart TV, reading lights and usb sockets.

No Scottish hideaway is complete without novels and music and you can enjoy both with a good selection of contemporary Scottish novels and set of Bluetooth speakers. Relax on the brand new sofa to play your favourite games, cosy up in a secretive hideaway with a good book or wander over to the New Town Gardens to have a champagne picnic. Whatever you choose to do, the Boutique Bothy is your Edinburgh gem - an urban bolthole suitable for couples or families looking to experience New Town life!

This property is flexible on arrival days to fit in with your stays. Guests can check in after 3pm & check out at 11am . The property can sleep up to 4 people with 2 in the double bed in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed in the lounge.

Children and pets are welcome. Dog bed and spare lead supplied on request.

Price ranges from £150-£180 with a minimum 2 night stay. New Years Eve is priced at £500.
