A luxurious cedar yurt nestled in peaceful woodland, with gorgeous valley views, spacious and stylish interior and idyllic wood-fired hot tub.
Buzzard Cedar Yurt is the stuff that dreams are made of, sat in magical woodland with beautiful valley views and a hot tub to enjoy them from it. The yurt from sleep from 2-5 plus a baby. The super spacious interior is furnished with contemporary colours and no luxury or comfort has been left behind – from the king-size bed, dining area, fully-fitted kitchen (complete with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine/drier and a dishwasher!) and en suite shower-room in the main yurt, to the triple bunk-bedroom and additional shower-room in the smaller yurt (linked by an entrance hall/corridor).
Under-floor heating and a wood-burner ensure year-round cosiness, and all the mod-cons you could need are on-hand – there’s WiFi, a TV, Blu-ray DVD player and a Bluetooth sound system too. Outside, the large raised deck is the perfect place to relax with a good book, cook up a storm on the barbecue, dine al fresco or chill out in the hot tub, all whilst enjoying the wonderful view. Your only neighbours are Buzzard’s three sibling cedar yurts, all perfectly private from one another.
If you can bear to tear yourselves away, this glorious part of south Devon has so much to offer – from tree-lined estuaries and fantastic beaches (Blackpool Sands is a favourite) to pretty villages and historic towns (such as Dartmouth and Totnes). Agatha Christie’s house, Greenaway, has been totally restored by the National Trust and is well worth a visit – you can catch the foot ferry from nearby Dittisham (which also has a good pub).
There is a minimum 3 night stay with prices ranging from £86 to £356 per night. No pets.
