Chateau du Moulin 15

Chateau du Moulin is a beautifully renovated villa in Brittany, France that sleeps 15 people but can also be rented to groups of up to 32. The villa is situated on top of a bay giving it stunning views over Saint Malo and Dinard. There is a large garden which leads directly to the beach and the town is just a short walk away.

The nearest town is a stones throw away with a selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Boats, kayaks, catamarans and windsurfing boats can be hired nearby. A public swimming pool, golf course, tennis courts and horse riding club are all close by.

There is a self contained part of the chateau with a private entrance, kitchen, dining area, living area, 3 double bedrooms, 1 children's double bedroom, 3 bathrooms, a TV room and a laundry room.

On the ground floor of the villa is the main kitchen and living room, a large terrace, a veranda, dining room, children's dining room, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs are 5 double rooms, 1 twin room, 4 en-suite bathrooms and 1 shared shower room. On the second floor there are 7 double rooms, 1 single room and 3 family bathrooms. Outside is a private garden with plenty of paths and terraces and access to the beach. There is also a shared pool a short walk away.

Dog friendly property. Ideal for celebrations/stag and hen parties. Smoking is permitted inside. Facilities include parking, WiFi, on site tennis court, shared pool, games room, cable TV, DVD and working fireplace.
