Coach House

Upper Court offers this wonderful historic Carriage and Coach House, dating from 1760 for up to 11 guests, on the edge of the Cotswolds in the small village of Kemerton.

Located next to the on site tennis court, this property opens into a spacious 30ft living room, with cosy log burner, 2 long refectory tables plus comfy sofas. Adjoining this room is the kitchen with steel range, Belfast sink plus dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and all other mod cons. From here you can access a private sheltered courtyard garden with tables and chairs.

From the kitchen you can also climb the staircase to the first floor, where there are 5 bedrooms! The first is a king size zip and link bed that can be split into twin beds with an en-suite shower room. The second is a twin bedroom and the third has a 4ft 6in double bed. There is a lovely family room with a 5ft double and a 3ft single bed, which leads through to the 5th bedroom which has a 4ft 6in double bed and an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom on this floor.

On site there is plenty to enjoy including a covered swimming pool, tennis court and children's play area. Alternatively take to the lake and row a boat for a while, before enjoying a picnic in the beautiful grounds. Treat yourself with a beauty treatment or massage or try your hand at pottery! Locally you can visit Tewkesbury Abbey, climb Bredon Hill or take a ride on the trains at Evesham Vale Light Railway just 20 minutes away.

The pool is open from May until end of August.

Prices range from £2100 - £4270 with Monday and Friday arrivals for 7 night stay. Short breaks also possible. Please bring towels for the pools and rackets and balls for the tennis court.

One dog is allowed in this property but is only allowed downstairs. There is an additional cost of £10 per night.

Additional cleaning measures are in place to ensure all cottages and shared facilities are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays/use.
All of our facilities including the tennis court, swimming pool and games area have a timetable system in place to ensure guests are not socialising against government guidelines and to allow time for cleaning in between use.
