Eco Fisherman's Cottage & Pebbles Apartment

On the beautiful sunny island of Lanzarote, in the coastal area of Arrieta you can find 2 beautiful properties; one a typical fisherman's cottage with eco-friendly solar panels, the other a modern ground floor apartment. Both have a seafront location and sleep 4 guests + 1 infant. These are found in neighbouring coastal villages.

The Fisherman's Cottage is a cosy semi-detached off-grid property in Arrieta, with seaside-inspired decor, bright open spaces and lovely terrace courtyard which is the perfect place to enjoy a meal al fresco. The lower floor comprises of a cosy living room with panoramic sea views and a well equipped fitted kitchen diner. The property sleeps up to 4+1, with the double sofa bed being on the ground floor and the master bedroom is accessed by an external staircase. The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom is a beautiful space with wooden surround bath and single day bed so you can chat to your loved one whilst they bathe. As the master bedroom is accessed via an external staircase this property could equally suit 2 couples or a family with older children. From upstairs you have access to a typical Canaries style balcony which looks out over the sea.

Pebbles Apartment is a modern 2 bedroom ground floor apartment just a couple of kilometres away from Arrieta in the sleepy fishing village of Punta Mujeres. It has a waterfront location and shared access to a roof terrace with BBQ, day bed and sun loungers. This property also comes complete with a Toyota hybrid car and airport transfer! Inside you can find a gorgeous modern lounge-diner with rustic surfer styling with doors that lead straight out onto your seafront terrace. There are 2 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a large decorative walk-in shower and bathroom area and a twin bedroom with shower room. Both bedrooms have views out onto the sea. The kitchen has all mod cons and the property comes with TV, DVD and music system as well as wifi. There is an identical property above so why not hire out both with friends!

Guests to both properties are welcome to visit the free facilities at the eco-village of Finca de Arrieta, which include a swimming pool and play area and is just a short drive away. Locally you can take a visit to The Cactus Garden, Mirador de Rio - which offers the best views in Lanzarote or the Haria Market. Alternatively just take a stroll, soak up the sun or enjoy a local meal in one of the many seafront restaurants.
