Eden Cottage

This quirky little cottage, suitable for a couple can be found in the grounds of Koroni Castle in the Messinian area of the Southern Peloponnese.

The cottage has all mod cons, including wifi, air/con and wood burning stove for cooler months.

There is a good sized double bed, a large cupboard/wardrobe, table and chairs.

You will find a fully fitted, small kitchen with stove, toaster, blender, and all utensils, this kitchen leads to an outdoor kitchen with large fridge freezer and double drainer sink. There is an unusual door leading to the first patio where you can find the washing machine, in its own housing and an outdoor shower.

There is a shower room with toilet and hand basin off of the main room and water is heated by an electric boiler.

In the 'magical' garden are 4 different seating areas, depending on your mood, some shady, some in full sun but all different and wonderful places for outdoor dining or for just sitting and wondering at all the different plants and artifacts to be found in the garden, wander around the paths and discover more things each time you do.

The Castle sits atop of the town of Koroni, surrounded by glorious, sandy beaches, no more than a 10 minute walk away as is the town itself.

The town offers everything one would need, banks, supermarket, taxis, buses, pharmacy, doctors, gift shops and many and varied cafes and restaurants along the harbourside, a wonderful place to sit and watch the fishing/sailing boats coming and going and to marvel at the wonderful views of the Taygetos mountains across the bay.

The property is available for rent all year round. There is 7 nights minimum stay with prices starting in April at £325.00 a week, May £450.00 a week, June £600.00 a week, July/August £700.00 a week, September £600.00 a week, October £450.00 a week.
