Hotel de Vrouwe Van Stavoren

The Hotel de Vrouwe van Stavoren offers 4 very unique rooms built into original swiss wine casks. Each wine cask comes with a television, radio, shower and bathroom and with or without sitting room. There are regular rooms available in the hotel as well, plus a restaurant offering a wide range of traditional dishes and fish specialities.

The hotel is situated right at the old harbour of Stavoren. From the conservatory in the restaurant and most of the hotel rooms there is a spectacular view. From here you will see the coming and going of fishermen's ships, modern yachts and traditional flat-bottomed cargo ships (nowadays equipped for tourist sailing trips).
