Set between the Yorkshire Dales and The Lake District this gorgeous rural site offers couples and families alike the perfect place to get away and recharge their batteries. With 3 camping pods, sleeping 2+2, plus 2 static caravans sleeping 4+2 and even a Bell Tent which can sleep up to 4 there is something for everyone!

The site is located on a family run farm near the famous market town of Kendal and offers stunning views from each property as well as cycle and walking routes, plenty of outdoor space for the children to run around it, an onsite honesty shop with freshly cooked goodies, BBQ and Firepit hire and the farm animals as your neighbours! You can even bring your dogs along too!

There are 3 pods on site each with their own terrace area and outside dining furniture. They house a double bed and small double sofa bed, perfect for the kiddywinks. There is a kitchenette with electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster plus a cold water tap. A TV + DVD player plus selection of board games are available to entertain everyone on the occasions when the Cumbrian weather isn't so kind!

The Caravans offer more home comforts and sleep up to 6 people. They have a double bedroom, twin bedroom and sofa bed. The kitchen has an electric hob, microwave, gas oven and grill, fridge/freezer plus kettle and toaster. The private garden space is the perfect place to relax around the firepit and enjoy a spot of stargazing of a night time. Again there is a TV + DVD plus selection of board games to enjoy.

The single Bell Tent is the perfect way to enjoy glamping and this will be available from Summer 2019. It offers comfort where needed with a double bed and 2 single beds plus a wood burning effect heater to keep you warm and toasty. You can even find electric sockets in the tent, camping this is not! Outside there is a camp kitchen with all essential equipment to cook up a storm.

A shower and toilet block is available fo the pods and bell tent to share. There is also an outside tap for washing pots and pans!

If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion then book the celebrations package and enjoy a box of chocolates, helium balloons and celebrations banners! Alternatively order a firepit pack, BBQ starter pack or breakfast basket!

Locally you can explore Windermere and partake in the many activities they have on offer including canoeing, waterskiing and paddleboarding! If you prefer to keep your feet dry then a trip to the local town of Kendal is a must if just to try its famous mint cake! Alternatively explore the market town of Sedbergh and enjoy a cuppa and a piece of home-made cake in one of their many lovely tea rooms or visit Fairfield Mill and learn about textile arts in the North West of England.

Pods from £60-£65 per night for 4 people.

Caravans from £70-£75 per night with a minimum 2 night stay for 6 people.

Single Bell Tent open from May - End of August only, and has a 2 night minimum stay. Price per night is £50 for 4 people.

A group Bell Tent is also available to rent when you book all 3 glamping pods as a group. This Bell Tent can then be used as extra accommodation or simply as a space to chill out together!

Children and dogs welcome. No Wifi. Bedding in the pods only provided for the double bed. A bedding pack for the sofa bed can be purchased for just £5.
