In a fabulous location between the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, yet close to Morecambe Bay you can discover this luxurious eco-friendly retreat in Capernwray. Here you can totally relax and unwind in the hot tub or sauna! Sleeping up to 7 this is a great holiday home for friends and families to experience together. Children are welcome and there are two travel cots available, please bring your own bedding for the cots. Also provided are towels, bedding and a welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar & biscuits.

The house itself consists of 2 floors, plus a gorgeous outdoor area. The lower level offers 2 modern superking bedrooms with bifold doors leading onto the balcony area where the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower await you. The master bedroom has a contemporary wet room whilst there is also a bath and shower room on this level plus a laundry room too, which can be useful after hiking through the countryside!

The ground floor level (entry level) has a spacious open plan living room and kitchen area which leads onto the front decking area with stunning views over the quarry. The lounge has 2 large sofas and benefits from free wifi, Amazon Echo, TV with Freeview, Netflix and DVD player so plenty to keep you busy once the sun has gone down. The kitchen features all mod cons including an induction hob, double oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher! The unique table that sleats 8 enables you to position it wherever you wish, although it's a great idea to take in the quarry views, especially at sunrise! There is also a third kingsize bedroom on this floor with access to a shower room suitable for wheelchair access. The whole house is accessible to wheelchair users with the exception of the hot tub as there are stairs down to the lower ground floor.

The outside space is the pinacle of this property with a large balcony overlooking the quarry lake, a large decked area with outdoor dining furniture and seating for when the sun shines. From here you can see the spectacular sunsets of Morecambe Bay. There is also a cedar double glazed summer house with a record player & a small selection of LPs! Or bring along your own to play.
The summer house is a lovely place to enjoy a G&T; as the sun goes down and we even provide cosy wraps. Equally this is a lovely place for children or teenagers to chill or play games ( there is a TV / DVD player & a selection of DVDs . There's a large selection of board games for both adults & children so hopefully something for everyone.

Locally you can enjoy a trip to Morecambe Bay, a hike in the Lake District or a visit to Lake Windermere. Alternatively try your hand at diving in the Quarry Lake itself making use of the diving centre on site!

Two well behaved dogs welcome. A third by prior agreement.

Please note this property only accepts bookings of a minimum of 7 nights during school holidays.

Outside of the school holidays short breaks of 3 or 4 nights are offered with Monday and Friday arrivals.

Weekly prices range from £922-£1642 (with increase to £1990 at Christmas and New Year). Short break of 3/4 nights ranges from £715-£922.
