Experience stunning marine and birdlife on the beautiful SSSI Peninsula on the Isle of Man whilst staying in one of the lovely and cosy self-catering lighthouse cottages there. The lighthouse dates back to 1880 and is the prime location on the island - 5 minutes from Ronaldsway Airport, 20 minutes from Douglas ferry terminal.

There are 3 cottages - Herring Cottage sleeps 6/7 in 1 double ensuite, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedded room with pullout bed underneath. West Cottage sleeps 4 in a double and twin bedded room and East Cottage sleeps 3/4 in a double room and single with pullout bed underneath.

Langness Peninsula is surrounded by beautiful coves and is a bird-watcher's paradise its coast and salt marshes. Marine life is abundant with seal colonies on the rocks and dolphins, basking sharks and Minke whales passing the lighthouse. There are stunning coastal walks, glens and mountain trails to discover, a Viking history and castles to explore. Marine sports and boat trips can also be arranged and a championship golf course is nearby on the peninsula.

Weekly stays for Herring Cottage are £1400. West Cottage £896 and East Cottage £700 (7-night minimum stay). There are supplements to these prices during special events like the TT/MGP Festival of Motorcycling. Please enquire for full details.

Dogs are welcome. A fee of £25 per stay is charged towards the deep-clean required after their stay.
