Manor House Hayloft is a delightful eco-friendly, historic property for 2+2 in the heart of rural Lincolnshire.

Part of an 18th Century stable block this property has been restored using traditional methods and offers an open plan beamed living/kitchen that is warm and welcoming. There is a beautiful double bedroom and also a cosy box bed for 2 with the piece de resistance being the luxury bathroom with pretty lights and a beautiful copper bateau bath. The fully equipped kitchen contains a Rangemaster cooker, plus there is Wifi, a TV, DVD, CD player, record deck, books, games and wood burning stove with logs.

Outside you can relax in your small private garden, sit back on the wooden furniture and chill out on the basket swing whilst popping a few sausages on the BBQ.

On the ground floor of The Manor House Stables, there is a room where workshops are run by the owner. (See below for details on this.) There is also a very small local history museum in the area where the horses were once stabled. It is full of character with original mangers, hayracks, stall partitions, timber beamed ceilings, brick floors and lime-washed walls and is very atmospheric.

Guests are warmly welcomed by the owner, a book full of recommendations of what to see and do in Lincolnshire.

No smoking. Dog welcome.

3-night minimum stay, 4 nights in summer and 7 nights at Christmas & New Year.

Pricing from £95-£130 a night. There is an additional £20 a night for guests 3/4.
