PLEASE NOTE: During times of covid North Hill Farm functions on a self-catering basis - no continental breakfast hamper will be provided. Each unit is equipped with kettle, fridge and microwave, also there is BBQ area with each unit and take-aways are available as some pubs are open for deliveries locally.

This family farm is located within easy reach from London and close proximity to Harry Potter Studios, yet offering stunning countryside location in the heart of Chess Valley. All of the glamping accommodation is themed and unique and welcomes couples and families’’.

Squirrel Run, the wonderful adult only treehouse, is set 5 metres above the ground and is reached by a 7 metre suspension bridge. Facilities inside this gorgeous treehouse include a king size bed, DVD/CD player, fridge, tea/coffee, heater & indoor loo with basin. Outside you can enjoy an al fresco shower or slip into the warmth of the hot tub style bath before dining on a tasty BBQ meal or maybe some toasted marshmallows on the firepit. What a wonderful way to view nature, perhaps even spot a kite soaring through the air!

The unique Beehive accommodation is for 2 adults and features gorgeous honeycomb design features within a hive shaped cabin. It is set in woodlands with views over fields and a path that leads down to the river in the Chess Valley. There is a wood-fired heated hot tub style bath, the perfect way to relax! Inside the hive you can find a comfy circular bed with a large star gazing window above. A TV with DVD/CD player is supplied for your entertainment and the cabin is kept cosy warm with a fire effect electric heater. A small kitchenette area supplies the basics including a kettle, fridge and toaster and there is even a shower and loo within the hive too! Outside you can enjoy cooking on the BBQ or relaxing around the firepit.

Owls Lookout sleeps 2 adults and 3 children and is a beautiful glamping option that should not be missed. Feel totally immersed in this woodland setting with circular rooms - a master bedroom (with king size bed), children's room with 3 single beds, bathroom and kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle. There is even a slide to go from the treehouse to ground level! Below is the private sauna and hot bath (their take on a hot tub), BBQ area, benches and firepit for the property.

The gorgeous shepherd's hut for 2 with its own "hot tub" style jacuzzi bath is perfect for escaping the noise of the city for a romantic escape in the countryside. Located in a private woodland area it has its own comfy king size bed, kitchenette, all important central heating plus a TV and DVD player. The bathroom is in a separate hut and contains a bubbling jacuzzi bath big enough for 2! Decide whether to enter the bathroom from the outside front door or through the tube joining the huts together! Outside you can find a BBQ area and firepit, where you can get back to nature and enjoy dining al fresco.

Hagridd’s Hideaway sleeps 5 and is a gorgeous circular property that oozes magic and mystery. Inside there is a king size double bed, a bunk bed and a small single bed, so perfect for a family getaway for Harry Potter fans. There is a well equipped kitchenette area and a dining area too with a wood burner for added cosiness. The bathroom has a circular drum bath with a shower overhead and there is a large feature wall that fans will love. Outside you can enjoy the BBQ and Beaky’s balance bar challenge.

North Hill Farm is a comfortable oasis hidden in the countryside within easy reach of London and the M25. There is a good selection of pubs and restaurants nearby too. Bicycles are available for guests to use to explore the local countryside. There is also a Disc Golf course on site.

Single night bookings accepted on weekdays throughout the year. 2 night minimum stay on the weekends. No pets.
