Rectory Cottage was once a church hall that has been uniquely refurbished as a 3 bedroomed self catering cottage in a quiet position at the end of a lane in the hamlet of Wilby. Suitable for up to 6 people and has a ground floor bedroom.

Wilby is conveniently located to discover Norwich, Bury St Edmonds, Thetford Forest, the Norfolk Broads and the wonderful Norfolk coastline. Nearby there are the villages of New Buckenham, Kenninghall and Banham all offering good local pubs. There is a zoo at Banham.

Rectory Cottage is unique and has lots of character, with a stone spiral staircase, oak beams and open gallery above the sitting room. (Please note the spiral staircase has a rope bannister which may be unsuitable for small children/less mobile). Galleried double bedroom & twin room upstairs and ground floor twin room with walk in shower room. Downstairs the living area is open plan with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting room with wood burner. Guests may use the owner's swimming pool in the summer months by prior arrangement.

Dogs welcome. Family friendly. Parking for 2 cars. South facing lawn.
