Shack Up Inn

The Shack Up Inn is a step back in time, it has 35 shacks all with different names full of retro and vintage furniture and furnishings. Blues lovers travel from all around to visit this area and others love to experience the Hopson Plantation in Clarksdale. Hopson was a working plantation and you will find authentic sharecropper shacks, the original cotton gin and seed houses.

Each of the 35 shacks have air-con, coffee, fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi service and an indoor bathroom. The shacks sleep up to 2 people but Bill's House can sleep up to 6 people. There is a restaurant and bar selling an interesting range of Beers. Ideal for music lovers as they regularly host blues and other music workshops.

Rates start from US$75-95 per night mid-week & weekend rates US$100 per night. Festivals and holidays there is a surcharge. There is a 2 night minimum stay over weekends.

Guests must be 25 or over to book. Children and pets welcome.

There are 52 units available, offering accommodation for individuals, couples and international tourists with kids. Groups as large as 140 people can be accommodated.
