Description
Deep within rural Aberdeenshire, near the Cairngorms National Park you can discover this tranquil cottage and outdoor hot tub, the perfect place for a romantic break.
Inside the bothy you can discover a perfectly formed space with bold statement walls and retro decor. The open plan living space combines comfort with character whilst the modern kitchen offers all you could need to cook up a fabulous meal. Pop a vinyl on the record player and enjoy a dance or sit at the dining table and enjoy a good old fashioned board game. The large bedroom (with king size bed!) is bright and airy, with pops of colour and quirky artwork and the modern bathroom with shower completes the property perfectly with its unique styling.
Outside the bothy you can relax in your private garden and enjoy the sunrise from the warmth of your hot tub. Be sure to enjoy a cook up on the fabulous Green Egg barbecue too!
Locally there is plenty to do, although dragging yourself away from this beautiful property may be difficult! If you chose to venture out be sure to wear your hiking boots as there are a number of beautiful walks in the area or maybe try your hand at canoeing on the River Dye. If you prefer a more sedate way of life then a trip to Craigievar Castle for a guided tour and stroll around the gardens may be more your cup of tea.
Free wifi. Dogs welcome. As a guest at The Bothy you also have full access to The Glen Dye Arms, a BYOB pub with roaring log fire, ancient bar and record player. There is also a wood-fired sauna on site you can book!
