The Coo Shed is an 18th Century stone cowshed which has been beautifully converted to create a spacious comfortable cottage that sleeps 4. Accommodation comprises a king-size master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, family bathroom with bath and shower over, and a large open plan living area with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area with comfy sofas, wood-burner and patio doors opening onto a raised deck with breathtaking views. There is free wifi and underfloor heating throughout. From the deck, there are steps down to a private, fenced lawned garden and hot tub. Pets are welcome at the Coo Shed with prior agreement.

The Groose Hoose has been stylishly converted to create a contemporary and spacious cottage that sleeps 4. Accommodation consists of a king-size master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, family bathroom with bath and shower over, and a large open plan living area with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area with comfy sofas, wood-burner and patio doors opening onto a large raised deck with gorgeous views over the river to Mount Blair. There is free wifi and under-floor heating throughout. From the deck are steps down to a private, fenced, lawned garden and hot tub – perfect for children and dogs. After a busy or lazy day, relax in the large hot tub – the guests say these are probably one of the finest views in Scotland!

Dalnoid is the perfect location to get ‘away from it all’ and relax. Located amidst the stunning mountain scenery of Glenshee at the entrance of the Cairngorms National Park, yet only 1½ hours drive from Edinburgh and 2 hours from Glasgow. These cottages are the perfect place to ‘mix and match’ a relaxing break, with as much activity and sightseeing as you want. On the doorstep, there are opportunities for walking, mountain biking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, golfing, wildlife watching (red squirrels, deer, pine martens, stoats and a huge number of wild birds) or visiting the castles and distilleries of Royal Deeside, Highland Perthshire and the Angus Glens.

Rental rates for both properties are all fully inclusive of 24-hour underfloor heating, all logs for the wood- burner, all electricity and gas, free wifi, luxury cotton bed linen, big fluffy towels, bath-robes, extra towels for the hot-tub, complimentary toiletries, use of your own private hot tub, no charges for pets.
