The Hide Roundhouse

Exclusively for adults this wonderful wooden roundhouse with private outdoor bath tub (their take on a hot tub) offers the perfect place for a romantic stay for two at Crewkerne. Book to use the site's sauna too.

Set on an organic farm with rare breed farm, it is tucked away in a stunning natural setting with abundant wildlife yet easily accessible by road and rail (direct train from Waterloo to Crewkerne). All this with an award-winning Gastro pub within walking distance in the local village of Hinton St George.

The Hide Roundhouse, described as a 'love child of a yurt and treehouse', is nestled in its own private garden. Here you can enjoy relaxing in the outdoor bath tub, toasting marshmallows on the fire pit or simply take in the beautiful countryside views from your al fresco dining area on the patio. Enjoy the comforts of home in the round echoing nature.

Inside you will be amazed at the well designed space with its comfy double bed taking pride of place. There is a full kitchen with all you could need to cook up a feast plus a dining area and cosy living space with leather sofa, TV and DVD player. The en-suite bathroom comes complete with a claw foot bath tub plus a large walk in shower with large rainhead. Everything is so perfectly thought out that you simply won't want to leave!

If you can drag yourself away then there are plenty of activities on the doorstep including anything from fishing to paintballing, spa visit or cookery classes. There is a woodland sauna on site for guests use with a fee of £10 an hour, afterwards enjoy a hot or cold outdoor shower, sure to invigorate the senses! Book a session when on site. The Hide Roundhouse is open all year. Prices are from £240-£330 for a 2-night stay. A refundable £100 deposit is required.
