The adjacent timber building houses the open plan living area, also with woodburning stove making it welcoming and cosy. There is a lawned garden, wildflower meadow with patio and separate decking in a sheltered spot with sun loungers.

Aberdovey has inns, restaurants and lovely beach and enjoys stunning mountain and coastal scenery in all directions. There is plenty to do in the area - climbing, walking, mountain biking in the nearby Snowdonia mountain range, while the Tal-y-Llyn Stream Railway is a five minute drive away.
