The Snugs at The Woodlands

Snugs at The Woodlands offer a unique twist on a traditional log cabin, providing self-catering accommodation for 5 people. There are 5 Snugs in all, spaced for individual privacy but close enough for groups of family and friends to book and holiday together. The woodland getaway immerses you in the countryside - sit on the outside decking and listen to the sounds of the country, or enjoy the 12 acre site, surrounded by fields, with its outdoor games court, children’s play area and woodland firepit. Designated BBQ areas allow guests to cook al fresco and enjoy the great outdoors.

In each Snug, both of the two bedrooms contain a king size bed, en suite shower room and toilet, TV and provide a hairdryer, fresh bed linen and towels. The second of the bedrooms can convert into a twin room if requested. The living/dining area has a two-seater sofa bed (5th bed space for a child-only), two-seater sofa, TV, dining table and 4 chairs. As a self-catering accommodation, the kitchen includes 2 hobs, a microwave convection oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

There is plenty of space for all to enjoy around the grounds, with lots of country walks from The Woodlands and day trips out. Hire a bike and cycle around nearby Pitsford Reservoir, visit the UK’s longest and steepest flight of locks on the Grand Union Canal (walkable from The Woodlands), or take a drive to historic Rockingham Castle.

For the 5 person self-catering accommodation, a midweek break offered from £150 a night and £175 for a weekend night. Reductions for longer stays to a weekly rate of £750.

No Pets. No minimum numbers per Snug, maximum 4 adults with 1 child only bed.

There are 5 Snugs, with each sleeping up to 5 people (including one child-only sofa bed in lounge). It is possible to accept bookings for all 5 Snugs as there is ample outdoor space for social distancing, but ask that guests take responsibility for adhering to government guidelines.
