The Stables

Upper Court offers this lovely cottage - previously the old stables and hayloft, for 4+1 guests. Located on the edge of the Cotswolds in the small village of Kemerton, here you can enjoy total peace and tranquility.

Enter the cottage through the front door in the attractive archway and you will discover an open plan sitting room with comfy sofas, beautiful limestone floor, old fireplace with electric stove and dining table. The small but well equipped kitchen has a dishwaster, gas range and oven. Outside you can relax in your private courtyard and enjoy a morning cuppa or dine al fresco. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with double canopied 5ft double bed with en-suite, including a bath and shower cubicle. Take the narrow stairs up to beautiful second bedroom in the old beamed hayloft. Here you can find a 4ft 6in double bed and 3ft single bed. plus a private wet room. From this room you can enjoy stunning views out to Bredon Hill.

On site there is plenty to enjoy including a covered swimming pool, tennis court and children's play area. Alternatively take to the lake and row a boat for a while, before enjoying a picnic in the beautiful grounds. Treat yourself with a beauty treatment or massage or try your hand at pottery! Locally you can visit Tewkesbury Abbey, climb Bredon Hill or take a ride on the trains at Evesham Vale Light Railway just 20 minutes away.

Prices range from £980 - £1750 with Monday and Friday arrivals for a 7 night stay. Short breaks also possible. Please bring towels for the pools and rackets and balls for the tennis court.

The pool is open from May to end of August.

One dog is allowed with a supplement of £10 per night.

Additional cleaning measures are in place to ensure all cottages and shared facilities are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays/use.
All of the facilities including the tennis court, swimming pool and games area have a timetable system in place to ensure guests are not socialising against government guidelines and to allow time for cleaning in between use.
