The Whisky Barrels

In the heart of the Highlands you can retreat to these unique whisky barrel shaped pods and enjoy views of the Cromarty firth from the warmth of your bed. Sleeping 2 in each, these two huts are located next to each other so offer the ideal place for couples looking to holiday together.

The 2 barrels - Hot Toddy and Wee Nip, offers whisky themed retreats with all you could need for that perfect get away. Inside there is a super king sized bed, private en-suite shower room and even a flat screen TV. A kettle and toaster are supplied for you to make a simple breakfast whilst making use of the free wifi to upload that perfect holiday selfie.

Outside you can enjoy dining al fresco or simply enjoy a small dram of whisky at your outside dining table or round the fire pit. Why not book a camp fire and s'mores pack with marshmallows, biscuits and chocolate for an evening of delicious fun or book a BBQ pack with locally sourced products and cook up a storm at the central BBQ hut.

Locally you can explore the North Coast 500, on which the site is located. From here you can enjoy the scenic route around the north coast of Cornwall taking in local attractions such as the Glenmorangie Distillery, the Fyrish Monument or the beautiful city of Inverness with its indoor Victorian market and famous castle.
