The Washington School House is a luxury boutique hotel in Park City, Utah, the ski resort hosted the 2002 Winter Olympics. Hot tub included.
Description
The Washington School House hotel was literally an old school house which was built in 1889 to school the children of copper and silver miners. Now it is a luxury 12 bedroom hotel in the ski resort of Park City, home to the 2002 Winter Olympics, and a two minute walk from the ski lifts.
This year round resort has something to offer everyone. The winter activities speak for themselves skiing, snow-boarding, snow tubing and snow mobiling to name a few. In summer, there's mountain hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, river rafting, golf and even helicopter rides. For those who wish for something less challenging the town has a host of restaurants, museums, bars & shops, you could relax by the hotel pool or sit by the fire and read a book.
All the 12 rooms have been decorated to an exceptional standard with high exposed ceilings, wooden floors, warm fabrics and ensuite bathrooms. Most have a walk-in shower, period fixtures, heated floors and crisp white towels. All guests have hooded robes, slippers, Molten Brown bath products, and flat screen TV. There is a one bedroomed suite with a twin sofa bed which is perfect for families. The hotel has a roof top pool and hot tub which is open year round. There is a resident chef at the property and guests can order food with 48 hours notice. Ski storage is available for guests too.
