This beautiful lakeside lodge offers epic accommodation for 6 right on the edge of one of our hidden lakes in the Colne Valley. Surrounded by woodland and offering wonderful views across the lake in a peaceful setting.

Water Lily Lodge Log Cabin is accessed down a country track on the edge of a hidden lake with a terrace. Around an hour from the city of London you can park outside and before you know you'll be, relaxing in the lakeside hot tub and soaking up the lake and woodland scenery in peaceful tranquility.

There are 3 bedrooms; on the ground floor, there is 1 king-size and 1 twin with another 1 twin on the mezzaine level. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is well equipped with all modern facilities including Wifi. There is a woodburning stove to make the cabin suitable for all year round stays.

The shower room has a shower, WC, sink and washing machine. Bed linen, towels, electric and electric heating included. Outside you can relax on the decked area, chill out on the garden furniture with a drink in hand. This accommodation has off-road parking and is no smoking throughout. Please note that the property is situated next to an unfenced lake.

The glamping site is ideally located just 45 minutes from London, yet you can still enjoy a tranquil countryside setting. The area has plenty of beautiful walks and cycling routes to enjoy and Colchester with its famous zoo and castle is just 10 minutes away. You can also visit several nature reserves and bird watching sites nearby.

Two night mid week stays off peak are priced from £180 based on 2-4 guests, and an additional £30 per guest up to a maximum of 6. £220-240 a night at peak times.

Flexible arrivals days, except for July / Aug / peak holiday dates when arrivals are Mon for 2 / Wed 2 / Fri 3 night minimum stays.

Dogs are welcome and will be charged at £20 per dog per stay. The cabin would accommodate one or two dogs depending on size and breed.
