This property has the wow factor when it comes to location! Set above the beach at Praa Sands, this modern home sleeps up to 6 guests just a 2 minute stroll from the sea.

The property has a gorgeous open plan interior with bright white walls dotted with unique pieces of beach themed art work as well as plenty of shells that are cleverly showcased. There is a large TV here plus a wood burning stove but the real show stopper is the view through the glass doors to the terrace outside. Here you can delight in your morning coffee or late night tipple, watching the waves as they gentle lap the shore. There is a modern style dining table in the living area as well as the kitchen which comes with a fabulous work island and breakfast bar.

There is one bedroom on the ground floor that can be a twin or super king according to your needs plus 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a luxury king size bed with amazing sea views from its apex window and private balcony. It also has its own en-suite walk in shower room. The second bedroom on the first floor also has a twin/super king configuration, thus making this property great for couples or families. There is a further family bathroom with bathtub and separate walk in shower on the first floor.

Outside you can enjoy the landscaped garden and decked area, the perfect place for a spot of sunbathing. From here you can climb the stairs to the living area outside terrace.

Locally you can delight in the mile long sandy beach or take a trip to St Michael's Mount. Animal lovers will delight in Guy's Butterfly House whilst historians will appreciate the Marazion Museum.

Children welcome. No pets.

Arrivals are Mondays for 3/4 nights, Tuesdays for 3 nights, Fridays for 2/3/7 nights and Saturday for 2 nights. In July / August there is a minimum 7 night stay with Friday arrival.
