There are 2 bedrooms within the property one with king size bed and ensuite shower room and access to a private furnished rear courtyard. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be configured into a king size bed and has its own ensuite shower room. This property is therefore perfect for 2 couples wishing to holiday together or a family staycation.

Perfectly situated overlooking Goodrington Sands; just outside Paignton on the English Riviera, the apartment offers great access to one of Devon's best fine sandy beaches. Little ones will love Splashdown water park a short stroll away with Paignton Zoo just five minutes away by car. Further afield, the unique delights of Brixham, Torquay and Dartmouth are no more than 20 minutes away by car.

The swimming pool is available all year and is heated from 31st May to 1st September. There is also a communal BBQ in the garden area for you to enjoy cooking al fresco whilst enjoying the pool.

Children welcome. Up to 2 dogs welcome at an extra cost of £30 each per week.

In high season there is a minimum 7 night stay with Saturday arrivals. In low season there is a minimum 2 night stay with anyday arrival.
