A simple dining table is available where you can eat or plan your day whilst gazing out the landscape window. At the end of the cabin you can discover your en-suite shower room with eco toilet and eco friendly toiletries.
The property is off grid in keeping with the owner's promise of helping you to enjoy a digital detox and distraction free getaway. However solar power is used to ensure you have lovely hot water and to provide some soft gentle lighting.
Outside you can warm yourself around the firepit and delight in dining al fresco at the picnic table from where you can take in the beautiful views.
The cabin offers a great place for solitude and reflection but if you wish to visit civilization then a local pub is available just a short stroll away. There are plenty of walks to enjoy in the area and wild swimmers will delight in swimming in the River Stour at Sturminster Newton, an idyllic location surrounded by grassy meadows. Alternatively head into Dorcester where you can see the ancient hillfort of Maiden Castle or visit the Tutankhamun Exhibit.
