Located within the picturesque, rural countryside in Herefordshire is Bearwood House, a half-timbered property which sleeps 10 and provides a large variety of entertainment including a private hot tub.

This amazing property is spread across two floors, kept warm by the oil-fired central heating. On the ground floor you can find the well equipped kitchen with an Aga, leading onto the dining room with seating for up to 15 people. If you need to do any washing there is also a utility room with washing machine & dryer. A relaxing L-shaped sitting room divided by open beams, is the perfect place to sit back & relax around the open log fire whilst watching TV or play on the Xbox One S. A bedroom with king sized bed & shower room can also be found on this floor.

Moving onto the first floor you can find a large master bedroom with a four-poster bed & en-suite, two double bedrooms & a small twin bedroom and family bathroom.

There is an amazing games room found in the barn, which has a pool table, air hockey table, tennis table & darts board, great for getting your competitive side out and having some fun.

In the acre of grounds surrounding Bearwood House there is an arboretum, sunken garden & loggia with luxury outdoor hot tub that fits 6 guests, perfect for a soak after a long day exploring. There are 6 bikes as well as a tandem available as well as equipment for croquet, badminton, boules and many other garden games perfect to keep everyone entertained. A tennis court is also available for use at the owners' house which is a mile away. A BBQ can also be found in the garden, ideal for those Summer afternoons to dine al-fresco and take in the lovely rural views whilst relaxing on the garden furniture.

A charming village called Pembridge containing a number of small shops and cafes is a mile away. Jump in the car for 25 minutes can lead you to the market towns of Ludlow and Hay-on-Wye where you can find multiple good quality restaurants to dine in, as well as a larger selection of shops. While in the area its worth visiting Hampton Court and Gardens, Hergest Gardens, Ludlow Castle, Croft Castle and also Hereford Cathedral.

Travel cot, highchair & stairgate are available on request. Ample driveway parking. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at a small additional charge. No smoking.

Minimum of 3 nights with a Friday arrival and 4 nights with a Monday arrival. The change-over day during July & August is a Friday, where the minimum stay is 7 nights.
