Beech Shepherds Hut plus adjoining Mini Shepherds Hut are a pair of beautifully hand crafted huts, perfect for a couple or a family of up to 6. Sleeping 2 in the main hut & up to 4 children in the Mini Hut, set in an old meadow of wild flowers close to Totnes and the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Inside Beech Shepherd's Hut, there is a luxury king sized bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen at one end and a fully equipped kitchen with foldaway breakfast bar, plus seating and wood burning stove to keep you warm & cosy at the other end. There is also a generous sized bathroom with double walk-in power shower, sink & toilet. The interior is surprisingly spacious and has been beautifully finished with designer fabrics, made-to-measure furnishings and bespoke fittings. The additional Mini Hut has 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep up to 4 children under the age of 16, this hut is located alongside the main hut and is linked by a camera/sound intercom.

Outside there is a private terrace where you can sit back & relax on the sun loungers or double hammock, enjoy a tasty BBQ with outdoor dining area with parasol, and after a busy day take a well deserved soak in the wood-fired spa bath (their take on a hot tub) followed by some yummy marshmallows roasted on the fire pit.

To keep you entertained, there is also a communal games barn where you can all unleash your competitive sides and enjoy some table tennis, chess or table football!

Beech Shepherds Hut is located just 1 mile away from the charming riverside village of Dittisham, which is known as one of the best places for crabbing in Devon! The town of Dartmouth is just a short 10 minute drive away where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants & shops. You can also explore the 15th century Dartmouth Castle and the gorgeous little beachside coves before taking a stroll along the National Trust Little Dartmouth coastal path. For a fun family day out Woodlands Family Theme Park offers a great selection of rides, attractions and animals to see for all ages.

Up to 2 small or 1 large well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £50 each per stay.

There is a 3 or 7 night stay with Friday arrival and a 4 or 7 night stay with Monday arrival.

On-site parking is available plus electric car charging points.
