A wonderful location for a holiday with hot tub and views over the tranquil Jackdaw Quarry near Morecambe. The property offers the perfect place for up to 6 guests to get some total rest and relaxation.

The cottage is deceptively large and offers all mod cons you could want along with all home comforts. The top floor of the property houses a delightful open plan area comprising of a lounge with comfy sofas and a 75 inch TV with Netflix and Freeview plus a modern kitchen and large dining table. From here you can open the bifold doors with their stunning views out onto a wonderful balcony. There is also a twin bedroom and luxury shower room with toilet on this floor.

On the lower floor there is a kingsize bedroom and twin bedroom plus a modern bathroom with oversize bath and separate large shower with seating. All the bedrooms have their own TV with freesat so no arguing over who is having control over the TV remote!

The lower floor has direct access to another balcony where you can find the electric hot tub. Here you can relax in the bubbles of the warm water whilst taking in the spectacular views of the surrounding area.

Locally you can explore the Yorkshire Dales or Lake District National Park, making this an ideal retreat for those keen on hiking. The delightful coastal town of Morcambe Bay is just a short distance away offering the perfect family day out and if you like to get out in the fresh air and enjoy a stroll then you have a wide choice of places to go including Wharton Crag, Farleton Knott, Arnside Knott, Fairy Staircase and Brigsteer. The Eagles Head pub is also just a 15 minute stroll away in Over Kellet, a great place to enjoy a refreshing pint whilst the Longlands Hotel in Borwick is a leisurely 35 minute canal walk away and offers delicious food in both the restaurant and dog friendly bar.

Jackdaw Quarry is located above a dive site called Capernwray Diving Centre where you can arrange a scuba dive or swim.

Monday arrivals for a 4 night stay and Friday arrivals for a 3 night stay. Weekly stays from a Friday. Arrival dates can be varied for Christmas and New Year stays.
