Browning Bros Glamping

The Browning Bros Glamping site is tucked away in the peaceful Essex countryside, surrounded by an apple orchard and 20 acres of woodland. The site offers beautiful bell tents and yurts for up to 4 people each, plus the romantic Grain Silo, Shepherd's hut which is ideal for couples. The site also makes for the most wonderful location for larger groups and can sleep up to 36 guests. The glamping site has a woodfired hot tub.

Nearby, an epic Log Cabin sleeps up to 6, and has an electric spa hot tub on a terrace with lakeside views.

Browning Bros also specialise in planning different types of unique events. They have 2 amazing venues in Essex; Chalkney Water Meadows and The Woodland Orchard. Alternatively, an event can be set up at a venue of your choice.

This glamping site is ideally located just 45 minutes from London, yet you can still enjoy a tranquil countryside setting. The area has plenty of beautiful walks and cycling routes to enjoy and Colchester is just 10 minutes away. You can also visit several nature reserves and bird watching sites nearby.

The luxury bell tents have a real double bed with 2 single mattresses and extra furnishings with bedding and linen also supplied. Each sleep up to 4 people.

The Grain Silo sleeps 1-2 people, it has a double bed plus furnishings and sumptuous drapes and throws.

The Shepherd's Hut located in a corner of the meadow under an oak tree sleeps 1-2 people, it is extremely snug with a wood burner. The toilet and shower facilities are a short walk away across the meadow.

There are both indoor and outdoor dining areas as well as a fully equipped communal kitchen and BBQ area. If you prefer not to cook yourselves, there is a restaurant at the farm. A cosy woodfired hot tub is available to guest at Teybrook Orchard, the glamping site. This will no doubt be highly popular with all the glampers, particularly the Hen parties.

The latest addition, the Log Cabin accessed down a country track on the edge of a hidden lake with a terrace. It now boasts an all singing all dancing luxury spa with jets and hydrotherapy equipment to lie back, relax and soak up the lakeside scenery.

The cabin is in the Colne Valley surrounded by woodland ensuring tranquillity and outstanding views. This accommodation has 3 bedrooms; on the ground floor, there is 1 king-size, 1 twin and 1 twin on the mezzaine level. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is well equipped with all modern facilities. The shower room has a shower, WC and washing machine. Bed linen, towels, electric and electric heating included. Outside; decked area with garden furniture. This accommodation has off-road parking, no smoking and 1 dog welcome. Please note that the property is situated next to an unfenced lake.

Prices for a bell tent for up to 4 start at just £140 low season to £320 on an August weekend for 2 nights. Yurt with log burner for up to 4 for from £140-£320 for 2 nights. The Grain Silo is priced from £90-160 for 2 nights for 2 guests. The Shepherds hut starts from £70-140 for 2 nights for 2 guests. The Log Cabin is from £300 for 2 nights for up to 6 off peak. At peak times the cabin has a 3 night minimum stay at £840.
