Bumble Bee Quirky Lodge is a self catering Lodge. located in a small village setting on the edge of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir and Belvoir castle. This lovely timber log cabin with a PRIVATE HOT TUB, looks out onto a paddock with gorgeous and very friendly goats and chickens.

Built in timber, Bumble Bee Lodge provides you with luxury self-catering accommodation for up to 2 guests (plus one child on the large leather settee or there is space for a travel cot).

Fully heated for a snuggly escape in any season. The cabin is surrounded by acres of beautiful Leicestershire countryside, yet not isolated. Enjoy a private hot tub with mood lighting set in a private decked area.

The animals can sometimes be noisy, especially at breakfast & teatime. You will often hear tractors passing too. These are the joys of living in a village.

This lovely romantic retreat is a tranquil hideaway within the Leicestershire countryside and is quirky yet charming with home comforts on the inside. The spacious open plan design has French windows overlooking a small paddock. Back inside you can find a dining table for two, a lovely cream cast iron double bed, with crisp bedding plus a compact kitchen with Belfast sink, granite worktops, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron , ironing board and crockery. The lounge area offers a very comfy leather settee to relax on in the evening.

Outside the lodge is a BBQ Kitchen area with table and all weather gazebo for you to relax and enjoy. This is the perfect place for soaking up the beauty of the surrounding area, listening to the birds and watching the goats play with your favourite drink in hand.

The shower and toilet area can be accessed outside the lodge next to the hot tub decked area. This recently renovated area is for your own use. It has an electric shower, hair dryer, mirrors and toilet. Towels are provided. (Please bring a beach towel to use from the hot tub).

Sadly only one child under 16 years child can be accommodated. (Or more if you are bringing a travel cot.)

A well trained dog is welcome. Dogs must be kept on a lead due to animals in the paddock. Dog bowls and poop bags provided. Dogs stay free.

Bed linen provided. Please bring towels.

Bumble bee lodge has free Wi-Fi for you to keep in touch with the outside world during your escape.

For an additional cost, a basic grocery welcome hamper can be provided.

Prosecco in an ice bucket, flowers, strawberries and cream, dog sitting and balloon displays for celebrations can all be pre ordered, please ask when booking.
