Description

Enjoy a luxurious bell tent stay for up to 4 guests on a family run farm surrounded by the beautiful green rolling hills of the Yorkshire Dales.

The bell tent interior has been well designed to be both cosy and practical, with a kingsize double bed for a romantic stay plus 2 futons that can be rolled out to sleep two children for a fun family experience. From cooking equipment to fairy lights and hot water bottles, plus a log burner and heater, the owners have thought of everything! There is even a sink with running water in the tent plus electric and wifi! This is truly glamping at its finest, all the joys of camping with all your creature comforts thrown in, creating a happy and relaxed atmosphere for all. When it comes to bathroom facilities there is a shower and toilet cabin just a few steps away. This is shared with a second bell tent on site, so why not come with friends!

Set on the edge of a mature woodland with overhanging trees in a secluded location your bell tent offers a wonderful outside space which has been cleverly designed to take full advantage of the amazing views, whether you are in your private hot tub, lounging in the comfy chairs, toasting marshmallows around the fire pit or enjoying a family meal at the large dining table you will be blessed with some of Yorkshires finest scenery for as far as the eye can see.

The farm site itself has a lovely laid back feel and you can be sure of a warm welcome from the owners and their super friendly staff who are always happy to go the extra mile. Oh, and don’t forget to call in at their quirky coffee shop for a delicious barista made coffee and warm croissant!

Locally you can take a gentle stroll to Bolton Abbey, just a 15 minute walk away. Here you can discover tea rooms, a visitor shop and of course the famous 12th century ruins of the priory set next to the river Wharfe with stepping stones and sandy beach. Hesketh Farm Park is literally on the doorstep offering tractor tours, animal feeding and much more. The “Dev” pub (Devonshire Arms) is a 10 minute walk across the fields and serves good food and local ales. Billy Bob’s American Diner is popular for breakfast and features a kid’s play barn. Bolton Abbey steam railway is just over the hill with the route meandering through the Yorkshire hills to Embsay where the Cavendish Arms is well worth a stop off.

No pets.

Each bell tent can sleep up to 4. For extra guests over the first 2 there is an additional fee of £10 per child, per night. Note that if you are bringing children under 3, there is no charge. The price will be adapted accordingly at time of booking when you add in the child ages.
