This contemporary lodge offers an open plan living area with comfy leather sofas and soft blankets in front of a cosy log burner, the perfect place to sit and watch a movie with your loved one on the Smart TV. There is a modern kitchen with feature red splashblack that offers all you could need to cook up a delicious meal which you can enjoy eating inside at the luxurious dining table before retreating outside to your terrace, where you can enjoy views of the woodland with your favourite tipple.

The wonderful master bedroom comes with a super king size bed with inbuilt television for those lazy mornings in bed. There is a luxury dressing table area as well as a free-standing bath tub, double sink and separate steam room with double showers!

The star of the show is the sunken hot tub outside on your terrace area. Accessible from your bedroom or the living area, it is the perfect place to ease away the stresses and strains of everyday life, whilst enjoying the countryside and lake views around you!

Near to the city of Exeter you can enjoy the culture and history or hit the shops. Alternatively enjoy exploring the 6 acres of wooden grounds with a stroll, game of hide and seek or picnic or head to the beauty and wilderness of Dartmoor where you can stroll hand in hand through the heathland.
