In a fabulous location between the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, yet close to Morecambe Bay you can discover this luxurious retreat next to Jackdaw Quarry in Capernwray. Here you can totally relax and unwind in the hot tub! Sleeping up to 6 guests this is a great holiday home for friends and families to experience together.

The house itself consists of 2 floors, plus a gorgeous outdoor area. The lower level offers 2 modern superking bedrooms with bifold doors leading onto the balcony area where the hot tub awaits you. The master bedroom has a contemporary wet room whilst there is also a bath and shower room on this level plus a laundry room too, which can be useful after hiking through the countryside!

The ground floor level (entry level) has a spacious open plan living room and kitchen area which leads onto the front decking area with stunning views over the quarry. The lounge has a large L shaped sofa and benefits from free wifi, 75" HDTV with Apple TV and Netflix, so plenty to keep you busy once the sun has gone down. If the weather turns chilly then simply turn on the gas effect wood fire and enjoy the warmth and light it offers.

The kitchen features all mod cons including an induction hob, double oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher! Enjy a snack at the breakfast bar or dine at the table from where you can enjoy the quarry views, especially great at sunrise! There is also a third kingsize bedroom which is suitable for wheelchair access. The whole house is accessible to wheelchair users with the exception of the hot tub as there are stairs down to the lower ground floor.

The outside area of this property offers yet more great space, with a large balcony overlooking the quarry lake with a spacious decked area with outdoor dining furniture and seating offering a great place to relax when the sun shines. Why not take your cooking al fresco and dine outside whilst watching the spectacular sunsets of Morecambe Bay. Once the sun has set you can light the firepit and snuggle up close to your loved ones and take in the starry night skies above you.

Locally you can enjoy a trip to Morecambe Bay, a hike in the Lake District or a visit to Lake Windermere. Alternatively try your hand at diving in the Quarry Lake itself making use of the diving centre on site!
