The ground floor of the property is cosy in design with a snug living area with comfy sofas and TV plus a choice of dining inside or outside on the balcony. The kitchen has all you could need to cook up a delicious meal or choose to get in a delicious, freshly caught fish and chips for a treat.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, a master bedroom with king size bed and delightful sea views plus a cosy twin which can be configured as a kingsize. There is a family shower room on the ground floor of the cottage plus a separate cloakroom.

The outside terrace comes furnished with a bistro table, perfect for enjoying your morning cuppa or late night tipple.

Locally you can explore the friendly town of Brixham with its busy fishing port, delightful breakwater and choice of restaurants. Whilst here be sure to visit the Heritage Museum or visit the nearby Victorian Paignton Pier with its many attractions.

Children welcome. No Pets. Please note the cottage does not have its own parking space but there is free roadside parking 5 minutes away or paid parking within a 10 minute walk.

Minimum 2 night stay with anyday arrival. In July and August there is a minimum 7 night stay with Friday arrival.
