Courtyard cottage is part of the Upper Court Estate, and offers a taste of Georgian lifestyle in the Cotswolds.
Set in the chocolate box village of Kemerton, nearby you'll find fantastic walking and biking routes along with local coffee shops, and a pub.

Approach the cottage down a tree lined drive, and under an the impressive stone archway. Once inside the wonderful historic cottage you'll discover a drawing room with beamed ceiling and antique pine fireplace with iron stove. This spacious, yet cosy room provides a sociable hub for everone to gather together.
The Courtyard cottage alone can accomodate up to 8 guests, or book with the coachhouse for up to 25 people and gain access to a secret door that can link the properties!

There is a separate dining room with refectory table, and from here a door leads outside to your own private seating area - perfect for your morning cuppa or summer BBQ lunch. The kitchen comes with all essential items including a washing machine and dishwasher.

Up on the first floor you can find 2 bedrooms, the first - the Archway room - has zip and link beds that can be either a double or twins, whilst the second - the Clematis room- has a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms on this floor, one with a shower cubicle, bath and loo and the other with a shower and loo.

Climb the steps to the second floor, which once was a hayloft, now an attic room which accomodates 4 single beds.

On site there is plenty to enjoy including a covered swimming pool, tennis court and children's play area. Alternatively take to the lake and row a boat for a while, before enjoying a picnic in the beautiful grounds.
During your stay, why not try your hand at pottery or art in our on site studio! Locally you can visit Tewkesbury Abbey, climb Bredon Hill or take a ride on the trains at Evesham Vale Light Railway just 20 minutes away.

The pool is open between May and end of August. Outside of these months you can pay £150.00 for heating the pool for the weekend.
Please bring towels for the pools.
