Gorgeous 16th century cottage with private hot tub offers a tranquil stay for up to 6 guests on a private hamlet near the seaside town of Looe.

This large cottage which sits beside a stream offers plenty of space for all the family. Inside you can instantly relax at this Cornish cottage with its cosy lounge area with comfy sofa and rocking chair, original inglenook fireplace with bread oven and TV. Take time out to play a traditional board game, do a jigsaw or enjoy a game of cards or if you wish to stay connected to the outside world then superfast WiFi is available. The kitchen is a colourful affair with its blue decor, wooden dining table and all you could need to cook a delicious meal for your loved ones including a large, red electric oven, microwave, toaster and the all important Nespresso coffee machine for your morning cuppa. Upstairs there is a four poster bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and 1 bunk bed room plus the family bathroom with bathtub and shower above.

Outside you can relax in the warmth of your hot tub, chill out on your sun loungers or cosy up around the fire pit with some tasty marshmallows. Cook up a storm with the portable barbecue and enjoy al fresco cooking for that true holiday feel.

The cottage sits on a private hamlet and has a few communal services including a small shop for all essentials, a tennis court, croquet, putting and boules area, plus a great games room. If you can tear yourself away from here then just a short mile stroll away, along a country footpath, you can discover the local village of Pelynt with its excellent pub and 2 convenience shops.

Locally you can delight in a trip to the historic fishing village of Looe with its plethora of smuggler's coves and beaches. Bigger attractions nearby include the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and an abundance of National Trust properties to explore.

Children welcome. A cot is available upon request. A maximum of 1 dog allowed at an extra cost of £50 per stay.

A complimentary welcome hamper is supplied.

There is a minimum 3 night stay with Friday arrivals and minimum 4 night stay with Monday arrivals.
