Spacious apartment with fabulous wraparound balcony sleeps 4 and offers a great base for exploring this historic city.

Inside the apartment there is a large living area with L shaped sofa that offers plenty of space for 4 guests with a backdrop of unique peacock feature wallpaper and 70's style soft furnishings. This leads onto the dining area and large kitchen with all the mod cons you could need to cook up a delicious feast. After dining head outside on to the wrap around balcony, sit back and relax taking in the sights and sounds of the city at night, with your favourite tipple in hand.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms - both with double beds and feature wallpaper. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom with bathtub, ideal for those days where you have walked for miles and want to treat your weary legs.

Locally there is plenty to do, simply open your front door and whatever direction you head in you are in for a treat! Whilst the well preserved medieval street The Shambles is a must visit, the gothic architecture of York Minster Cathedral is simply breathtaking and a must see! After a morning stroll, you wil be spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing somewhere for lunch. Why not shop for local produce at the Shambles Market and enjoy a picnic in Dean's park or alternatively sample a Michelin tasting menu at the nearby Roots restaurant.

There is a minimum 3 night stay in July and August and a minimum 2 night stay the rest of the year.
