This rustic style, lakeside country house set in the rural area of Madrid offers 3 studio type apartments sleeping up to 4 people, looking out over a reservoir. Despite being set in mountainous regions of the capital, the city is only 45 minutes away, and other historic cities such as Toledo, Segovia and El Escorial are all nearby.

Located in the small village of El Berruco, which borders the reservoir 'El Atazar', this traditional spanish property is ideal for those looking to experience real Spanish culture. The area is known as Madrid's 'Lake District' and can be explored by bike or in some of the areas many walking trails. You can enjoy fishing, windsurfing, canoeing and horse riding in the area. Whilst staying at the country house the hosts offer 'Paella' making lessons for beginners.

All three studio apartments are complete with a fully functioning kitchenette, as the property is self catered, including a hob, microwave and fridge. Rooms are available for either 2 people or 4, with space for a cot in two of the rooms for couples travelling with a babies. Each room has its on private bathroom with a walk in shower, and is fitted with air conditioning and central heating.

The house has a large pool terace and BBQ area with views over the water, which is open to all guests and each room has its own patio.
