Inside the mill has a great blend of modern furnishings mixed with industrial touches and original features. There is a great open plan living, dining and kitchen area with comfy leather sofas, large dining table with views and modern kitchen with breakfast bar. There is also a great balcony area here, the ideal spot to enjoy your morning cuppa whilst taking 5 minutes peace and quiet for yourself.

There are 4 bedrooms in total - 2 geat doubles, one with balcony, plus a unique room with 4 single beds - perfect for the children and 1 single bedroom that has feature exposed brick walls - a nod back to previous times. There are 3 en-suite bathrooms in the property plus an extra WC for those emergency moments.

Outside you can cook up a storm on the BBQ or simply sit by the canal taking in the sights and sounds of nature around you. Why not go out on the rowing boat for some watery fun and a good work-out!

Locally you can explore the Norfolk coastline with a trip to Horsey Beach hopefully resulting in a view of the seal colony that lives there. Alternatively take a drive to Happisburgh and climb the iconic red and white lighthouse or head inland and visit the stately home of Blickling Estate, where you can hire a bike and enjoy the scenery.
