This Turkuman style double yurt has a king-size bed with luxurious bamboo bed linen, ideal for a great night's sleep whilst a comfy sofa sits by the wood burner and offers a cosy place to snuggle with your loved one or sit with a book. The adjacent kitchen yurt comes complete with gas hob and sink for basic cooking whilst a bathroom shack with shower sits nearby.

Gabriel's Yurt is nestled in its own private wooded area and has an amazing outdoor iron-cast cauldron style hot tub, perfect for enjoying a spot of star gazing with your loved one. Alternatively sit back and relax in the hammock, the perfect place for a sneaky 40 winks.

Locally you can enjoy hiking in the stunning Brecon Beacons or if you looking for some adrenaline raising activities, try your hand at supertubing in the nearby Ebbw Vale. Those interested in history can enjoy a day out at the cathedral city of Newport before heading over to Caldicot castle to explore it's tranquil gardens and wooded parkland.

Up to 2 dogs welcome at a cost of £20 each per stay. No children but a babe in arms is welcome.

Monday arrivals for a 4 night stay and Friday arrivals for a 3 night stay. Closed in winter.

Eco Credentials:

We are fully off grid with the units running on solar power for electricity and wood for heating. The accommodation does not have plug sockets. We have charging points and a fridge freezer located in the stables (by guest arrival). Hot water is provided by gas boilers. Our wonderful toilets are composters, which we love, allowing us to minimise our impact on the planet. Our farm is organic and we are applying regenerative agriculture principles as well as seeking to increase biodiversity. We use only Eco-Cleaning products. All our bed linen is made from natural materials (bamboo). Toilet paper and kitchen roll are bamboo based so fully compostable.
