Day 36 of The Quirky Tour and Jess and Dom enjoyed a visit to these Tiny Houses with Hot Tubs in Warwickshire, England.

Find out more about their visit:

First Impression:

A good getaway for anyone looking for a short break with hot tub in a rural setting.

You can park alongside your accommodation (if not over 2m vehicle) and enjoy a walk into the village on a good path where there are 5 pubs to choose from and a shop.

Although Aidan, whom we have worked with since 2017 was away for our visit, he left us in the capable hands of his friendly helpers Radek and Christina who showed us around.

The Accommodation:

Located 12 minutes from Royal Lemington Spa and just over half an hour from Stratford-upon-Avon, these uniquely designed small houses offer a rural retreat centrally located in England.

The house space is well used at night if you have a full house to accommodate beds be it via folding ladders to fixed beds, fold out bunks and sofabed cushions. This allows you to free up space during the day to make use of the kitchenette comfortably. Find the right configuration for you.

The hot tub, exterior seating, BBQ and woodburner mean you can spend plenty of time outside to make the most of your rural getaway.

With a large field in front of the houses from where you get an open view. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise during our visit.

Food and Drink:

Between the BBQ and the kitchenette you can cook up a tasty feast at the property, but should you wish to venture out you can walk to the lively village of Long Itchington to try out the 5 pubs there.

If you are running low on supplies then there is a Co-Op convenience store in the village or just a 10 minute drive away is a Tesco superstore in the town of Southam.

Jess' top tip:

Being in the middle of England means these properties can be easily reached from many places.

You can go into Royal Leamington Spa and take in the Georgian architecture and mineral springs or to Stratford upon Avon as we did. This was a lovely experience.

There are a lot of historic Tudor buildings to admire in the town and a lovely walk along the river as well as the Shakespeare side of things.

Dom and I both really liked the atmosphere of the place and would definitely return.

Close to the properties there is a quality path that passes the farm and takes you into the village.

If walking towards the village before long the path is crossed by the Millenium Way Trail which is a rougher track that goes for 100 miles in all. So bring your boots and go walking! There are many good walks in this area, and what better to do than soak in the hot tub on your return.
