Stunning luxury farmhouse in the Dordogne region in the south of France sleeps up to 14 people. Set within 26 acres of meadows, lakes and forest and with a swimming pool and hot tub, you simply won't want to leave!

The farmhouse has 5 large double bedrooms (inc 3 ensuite bathrooms), the master of which occupies the whole upstairs space and has a large en-suite bathroom plus separate dressing area and internal balcony which looks out over the double height living area. For the brave amongst you, why not slide down the fireman's pole from the master suite balcony to this open plan living space!

The banquet hall, which is entered via a secret Narnia style wardrobe, includes a double-height lounge, dining area and country kitchen complete with a 4m long breakfast bar, which is a great place for socialising whilst cooking up a storm, or sorting a simple vin et fromage meal. There is a central woodburning stove which heats the whole room, meaning regardless of whether you are in the kitchen or the lounge with its 12 seat sofa you will be warm and cosy. It also benefits from a modern media centre with TV, DVD and bluetooth connection, meaning you can connect your favourite tunes from your phone to the loud speakers.

The farmhouse also benefits from a fully kitted Games Room inc pool table, table tennis, table football, babyfoot foosball, air hockey, 3m wide Cinema screen and even a bar with karaoke!

Venture outside and you can find a large heated private pool and huge terrace patio with hot tub and lots of outdoor seating. This cottage is ideal for families and friends with many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, entertainments and amenities nearby.

Prices are £375 per night throughout the year for up to 14 guests, except for Christmas and summer. Christmas / New Year rates are £500 per night. Summer rates, for July and August, are £570 per night. There is a minimum 7 night stay with Saturday arrivals (Christmas and New Year period minimum 14 nights).
