Glamping at Exton Park is a luxury campsite set on a Grade ll listed estate in Rutland. It offers colonial style safari tents for up to 6 people and has access to a lake full of varied wildlife.

The luxury tents offer accommodation for up to 6 in a double, a twin and a bunk bed room. There is a well equipped kitchen and a dining table for 6. The cosy living area is large and open plan with a lovely wood burning stove and plenty of comfy seating. Guests can enjoy the use of a private shower and WC to the rear of the tent for true glamping luxury.

Outside is a lovely decked area with sofa style seating and coffee table, plus a couple of deck chairs for when the sun is shining. When the warmth of the sun starts to disappear, light the fire pit and get back to basics with good old fashioned story telling and toasting marshmallows.

The estate is located near Oakham, in the heart of Rutland. This park, which dates back to the 12th century, has been used for film and photo shoots and is occasionally used for weddings. Peterborough is just 20 minutes away and Nottingham, Stamford and Leicester are within easy reach.

Well behave dogs welcome for a fee. No electricity or WiFi. Parking closeby - wheel barrows are provided to carry luggage to your tent.

There are Monday and Friday arrivals with a minimum 4 and 3 night stay respectively from April - October inclusive. From November to March there is a minimum 7 night stay, also with Monday and Friday arrivals.
