Hause Hall Farmhouse's incredible location on the outskirts of Martindale, in the Lake District allows for spectacular views and unforgettable walks for the whole family/group to go on. To make best use of the views, the property has an amazing day room with large glass doors so from the comfort of the sofa sat around the fire, you can gaze over the fells and into the hidden valleys.

Spread across two floors, Hause Hall has five bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms, one en-suite shower room & a family bathroom.

On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan well equipped kitchen, sitting & dining area with seating for up to 18 guests. A double bedroom can be found on this floor with a 5' zip & link bed, this can be made up as a pair of small twin beds on request, along with en-suite which has an amazing rainfall shower as well as a full size cast iron roll top bath.

On the first floor you can find the remaining four bedrooms, the master which has floor to ceiling windows with stunning views looking up to the crest of Hallin Fell plus its own en-suite with cast iron roll top bath and separate rain fall shower. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom with use of a private bathroom a few steps away & a further room with 6' zip & link bed which can be configured as 2 singles depending on preference which also has an en-suite shower room and cast iron roll top bath. Each bedroom has a slightly different style of furnishing to the others, making them all unique.

The property contains central heating with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators in the bedrooms to keep you warm & cosy, along with a Sandstone fireplace, just what you want after a long day exploring the surrounding area.

To the outside of the property is a yorkstone terrace with garden furniture & BBQ ideal for dining al-fresco whilst taking in the outstanding views surrounding Hause Hall Farmhouse.

The Walkers Bar is just a short walk away and is open to non-residents from April to November or treat yourself to the Michelin starred Sharrow Bay Hotel about a mile up either the country lane or footpath. There are many companies which offer indoor and outside activities to participate in including rock climbing, sailing, canoeing, historic monuments and museums, as well as there often being local horse/ animal shows/ trials, concerts and various types of fairs.

Minimum 2 nights stay. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome at a small additional charge per dog, however please ensure they are kept to the ground floor. No smoking. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available on request.
