For the first time in history an authentic underwater research habitat is open to the average diver, and even those who have never dived before, for overnight stays. Take a 3 hour course and dive in the emerald lagoon in the company of an instructor. Or complete your PADI course.

The lodge is named after Jules Verne the famous author who wrote about underwater travel amongst other things. Although it is also used as a research lab, you will be pleased to know that it has air-conditioning, hot showers, stereo music, DVD, a fully stocked gallery, and unlimited diving for certified divers.

Your stay includes all dive gear, a pizza dinner and breakfast in the morning. Guests may spend multiple days underwater without surfacing.

There are rates starting at around $1350 per night for 2 in sharing a double room and including dive gear. It is cheaper to travel in a group of 3-6. Price includes a pizza but not dive gear. Weddings are possible.
