Description
Kings Quay is a beautiful waterside property for up to 4 adults & 2 children, positioned above the sparkling waters of Brixham's harbour and marina, an ideal location for a family getaway.
Spread across two floors, upstairs there is an open plan living area with beach-infused design. The open plan area consists of a well equipped Shaker-style kitchen, dining area with seating for 6 and a beautifully decorated living room with plenty of comfy seating for you to sit back and relax. There are large sliding doors leading out to the furnished terrace from the living room, an ideal spot for some al-fresco dining or some drinks where you can take in the incredible views of both the marina and harbour town life below.
On the ground floor are the three bedrooms, the master has wonderful harbour views with king-size bed plus it's own en-suite shower room whilst the second bedroom also has a great bird's eye views across the harbour and features a double bed. The third bedroom is furnished with 3 foot bunk beds with a selection of cuddly toys, perfect for children. There is also a family bathroom with bathtub with shower over on the ground floor.
Kings Quay is in a prime location within the town of Brixham, with plenty of wonderful restaurants, ice cream shops, cafes, pubs and shops for you to enjoy. Make sure to try the fresh seafood caught in Brixham's very own waters! There are also plenty of stunning beaches nearby such as Broadsands and Goodrington, perfect for a family day out.
Minimum stay of 2 nights, from May to September there is a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday arrivals.

Parking for one vehicle on a first come first served basis is provided in the Brixham Marina Car Park which is about 500 yards from the property. There is long stay car parking at Oxen Cove which is a 15 minute walk from the property.
